• Durham Regional Transit was formed in 2006 as a result of a merger between Ajax-Pickering Transit Authority, Oshawa Transit Commission, Clarington Transit, and Whitby Transit. It serves 4 different regions: DRT North (Brock, Scugog, and Uxbridge), DRT East (Oshawa and Clarington), DRT Centre (Whitby), and DRT West (Ajax and Pickering).
