Edmonton Transit System - 2007 New Flyer DE40LFR (6003-6004 - ISE-Siemens ThunderVolt)
Sort by: Fleet Number | Newest Photo | Oldest Photo Hide Info

In late February 2007, ETS received their first restyled New Flyer buses. These DE40LFRs were the first ever to come with the redesigned low-profile roof cap, a request made due to the height restriction on Edmonton's High Level Bridge. These buses are equipped with the GM-Allison parallel hybrid system, meaning a Cummins ISL engine and the Allison EV40 electric drive. They also have Luminator Horizon orange LED destination signs.
