MTA Maryland - 2004 New Flyer D40LF (04001-04230, 04241-04250)


 • This is MTA Maryland's first order from New Flyer Industries. The interior features brand new specifications such as yellow painted grabrails and blue seats with black cloth/star pattern seat inserts. This is also the first series of buses since 1998 to have rear route signs. This series is powered by the Cummins ISM 280 engine and the Voith D864.3 4-speed transmission. An additional order of diesel-electric hybrids are also included in this order.
