RGE RD is a restaurant that is known for locally-sourced meats and ingredients. What a treat! The butcher’s cut beef (I chose a 7oz flatiron steak) was one of the best steaks I have ever had. That makes sense because RGE RD also has a butchery onsite offering farm fresh meat, known as The Butchery by RGE RD.
