• Southland Transportation runs a shuttle service between downtown Calgary and the Calgary Auto Mall. The Auto Mall is basically an area with many different car dealerships, accessible by a road which loops back out onto a main road. The 1981 Orion I is ex-GO Transit 1508 (Ontario), and is powered by a Detroit Diesel 6V53N and an Allison MT-643 transmission. It runs as #655 with Southland Transportation. This bus is equipped with coach-type seats, and has luggage racks as well. It is a suburban 30 foot bus, and was probably used for highway runs with GO Transit.
