• On September 15, 2006, a private viewing for two hybrid transit buses was held. These two buses were a 2005 New Flyer DE40LF (GM-Allison parallel-drive) refitted with frameless windows, and a 2005 Orion VII (BAE Systems series-drive) painted in the TTC paint scheme. This same DE40LF was in Edmonton on November 25, 2005 (see Kevin's Bus and Rail Page).
