St. Alberta had an ex-New Flyer demonstrator bus. It was built in 1992 to BC Transit (Victoria) specifications and had a Detroit Diesel 6V92TA engine coupled to a Voith D863.3E transmission. It was originally numbered 888, but was later renumbered to 843 to fit in with the rest of the fleet.
