• These buses are powered by the Cummins L10 engine and the Voith D863.3 3-speed transmission. In late 2005, WMATA began retrofitting Luminator Horizon LED signs into these buses, replacing the aging Luminator MegaMax flipdot signs. These buses are unique in that they are the only Flxibles in the fleet with Sutrak roof-mounted HVAC units.
