• This is WMATA's 3rd order of articulated buses. They purchased sets of 55 and 60-foot buses from MAN in previous years. These buses are powered by the Cummins M11 engine. These buses originally had ZF transmissions, but were retrofitted with Voith D864.3 4-speed transmissions after rehabilitation. These buses also recieved Luminator Horizon LED signs in late 2005.
